Gruen automatic, 38mm wide x 48mm over the lugs, 17mm between the lugs, paid $145. Looks to be vintage 1970's by the case style. Upper crown sets the time. Lower crown turns the inner ring with the city names. Not sure yet how to set/read the world time function; I'll have to search the 'net.

I¡¯m trying to track down my very first Rolex that was given to me by my father 20 years ago, I being young and dumb sold it back in 2008 and I¡¯m trying my hardest to track it down. He now is 84 and I would love to find it and maybe buy it. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know it¡¯s a long shot! If was a 16233 TT Datejust on Oyster with a silver stick dial.
