After admitting to being in a sort of a rut when it comes to buying watches lately I have found the solution to my funk-The Deal!!The local Mall Shop type AD isn't doing too well and have put many watches (including Hamilton) on sale for 40% off.Well they had no Hamiltons of interest (to me) but they did have a Swiss Arny Ambassador Mechanical that I had been eyeing at another AD for over a year but never felt like paying the price.Today I took a look and as I was ready to walk(even at 40%) the mgr. sweetened the deal with an additional 10% off the already discounted price.That was the clincher.So at nearly 1/2 price I got a 45mm,100mWR,sapphire crystal,with an (undecorated but I don't care) ETA/Unitas 6497 (or 6498-I get 'em confused!) movement.The dial is multileveled and a deep blue that I can't portray in the pics so you'll have to take my word.The band is an extremely soft and pliable Italian leather.I just can't resist a great deal.The lume is sparce but very bright
