This watch was a great purchase regarding its original price and what I paid . It's s also made well and has star power. However, my wrists aren't large and the watch itself is so so I sold it to a friend with larger wrists and he loves it.

Hi. Do any of you own 2 of the exact same model, one quartz, one mechanical? Why? Why not?Speaking for myself, I love my Perpetual DE but I feel I'm missing out on the full Omega experience without the coax. Yet when I run out the door, I know I'll be reaching for my quartz. do you ever NOT wear a watch?
i got to thinking about this as i was browsing the monday check in. i left the house kind of rushed this morning. it's cold out (and inside my house due to a broken thermostat, lol) and i knew i was going to be hitting the gym after work today. so i threw on a hoodie and left more so in comfort than anything else. this means my wrist is naked this afternoon. do you guys ever go about your day without a watch? maybe you just don't feel like wearing one sometimes or you forget it. whatever the reason may be.

Interesting video looking inside of a Rolex Deepsea
Some may have already seen this video, but I thought it was a pretty cool view of the Deepsea. I've seen the Rolex diagrams, but had never actually seen someone remove the titanium piece from a Deepsea. It's also a nice sneak peek at the 3135. something I'd do to my personal watch, but it gives me an appreciation for the level of machining and design of the watch. If you didn't know, you'd think that the steel ring and titanium were one piece because they sit so flush together. I also didn't realize there was no threading on the titanium, pretty cool.
