- This is a great watch. At first I was worried that b/c it was so dainty it would be too for my wrist but it has a nice long wrist band. Face is easy to read. I have gotten many compliments on it.

Baume & Mercier M0A10051 wrist watches news:
Among its new releases at SIHH 2015, Baume & Mercier has launched two new models in its rectangular-cased Hamptons collection and a new complication in the recently launched Baume & Mercier Clifton family. The Baume & Mercier Hampton, with its Art Deco-inspired, curved-rectangular case, marks its 20th anniversary in 2015 with two new references in steel, each containing a Swiss-made, automatic mechanical movement. The watch’s case measures 31 x 47 mm and has a thin, subtly tapered profile (just 10 mm thick), which follows the curve of the wrist and makes for an easy fit under the cuff of a dress shirt. Like previous Hampton watches, it features recessed surfaces at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock that highlight the domed sapphire crystal. There is also a sapphire window in the caseback that offers a view of the movement. Both of the Baume & Mercier Hampton Automatic watches have off-white dials, date windows at 6 o’clock, and the sword-shaped hands that a
I've noticed an unusual number of GMTs (Great Whites) for sale or trade lately on various sales boards. Anyone else notice that? Why do you think the Great Whites are on the move?
This is my first post here on Watch Talk, I haven't been collecting too long but have about 15 watches or so in the collection. I just picked up a Longines Master Collection GMT, and it'a a BEAUTIFUL watch. I own a couple of other Longines but with this one I'm stumped. The crown has two positions, the second position obviously changes the time and rotates the GMT wheel. However I haven't figured out how to change only the date yet. The second crown position actually moves the hour hand, but not the calendar wheel.I keep thinking I'm missing something, does anybody have this watch (included a few pics). Is the watch I received broken?Totally appreciate any help from somebody familiar with this watch. Thanks alot!
How about a thread showing our vintage pieces. I have a number but I'll start with the vintage Zenith Pilot I took possession of last week. From approximately 1961.
I've just started looking at the Oris line and am liking what I see. Could someone help me get oriented a bit? What is the model of the one that won the photo award when the Oris forum is pulled up here on WTF? It has the looks of the "Pepsi" Rolex but seems to have a more bold look. I am probably most interested in a diver, something big, and with a metal bracelet. A chrono would also be a nice addition to my collection. Any recommendations or photos are greatly appreciated.
