Looking to buy my first Omega and like both of these, OMEGA Watches: Speedmaster Professional - Steel on steel - 311.30.42.30.99.001OMEGA Watches: Seamaster Planet Ocean - Steel on steel - 232.30.42.21.01.001I know they are very different and I like both of them for different reasons, but thought I would ask for some input from you knowledgeable people.Cheers and looking forward to your replies
Well, I'm sure many of you know that I've been trying to sell my Railmaster. Now, I've added my Aqua Terra to that list as well. This is really bothering me, as I considered it a grail, and I don't think I'll be able to get it for the price that I did anytime soon as they aren't seen for sale very often, at least not used and affordable and in great shape! I know it's the responsible thing to be doing given what is going on in my life right now, but it still is a kick in the ___. So, basically I'm venting and looking for moral support.
I bought this watch back in early 1980 when gold was at an all time high($849) for scrap. The case and dial were in decent shape, it ran, and came with a black round pocket protector case.I didn't have the heart to break it apart, and send it along to its certain death According to the serial #, it was made in 1925, 12s, 17j, model #3, 345 grade.
Hello everyone, I've been noticing a bunch of 15400 threads lately and it's slowly pushing me to the point where I started inquiring for them. Originally I was set on the silver, but with everyone's gorgeous blue 15400s recently, it has increased my curiosity. I am after the 15400 due to the nature of the finishing, the bracelet, and most importantly wearability. As I do not wear much blue, and am already waiting (very patiently) for the 5711 blue, would a blue 15400 be redundant? If I go silver, would I be missing out on the gorgeous blue dial? Any comments would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
