- The octagonal shape and the faceting of the watch make it stand out. I don't particularly like the crystals, but I do get compliments when I wear the it.

Bell & Ross BR0194-BL-CA wrist watches news:
Rolex Oyster Perpetual from 1953What exactly is a "Rolex Oyster Professional" watch? Most Rolex watches produced today use the brand's Oyster case which embodies years of development that started with the original Rolex Oyster watch from 1926. At the time Rolex pioneered the first ever watch case with screw down crown, bezel, and caseback that offered water resistance and dust protection, though it was not until 1953 that the Professional Collection was born. The idea of the Rolex Oyster Professional today is the perpetuation of timepiece models that were originally intended for professional use. That included watches for people engaged in diving, flying, automotive and sport racing, science and industrial work, as well as general planetary exploration. Rolex Oyster Professional watches by nature are more durable and utilitarian in design, and they also have in many instances additional production or testing steps added to their manufacture before they leave Rolex and go out to the cons
Welcome back to an original watches-dealer feature, "My First Grail Watch."?In this series, we ask prominent people in the watch industry about the first timepiece that they lusted after. ?Today, we're speaking with a gentleman who graduated from the Geneva Watchmaking School just as the quartz crisis was hitting it's stride. ?These days, you'll find Jean-Marc?Wiederrecht as a driving force behind his company, Agenhor.watches-dealer (ABTW): Who are you, and what is your relationship to the watch industry?Jean-Marc Wiederrecht (JW):I am a watchmaker graduate from the Geneva Watchmaking School in 1972. To have a better idea of AGENHOR¡¯s activities please have a look here.ABTW: When did your fascination with watches start?JW: Rather late in my life! In 1967 I had the chance to visit a watch workshop that fascinated me completely and

Hello All,Figured I would introduce myself here in the Omega section as well, I am located in Calgary Alberta and joined the forum with the intent to research and purcase a Rolex. Well in my searches I ran across an Omega Planet Ocean 2209.50 for sale by train-time and REALLY liked it so bought it!! Was a perfect transaction and he had it to me as described overnight!! Anyhow just because I know none of you have seen these particular watches here are a couple of pics from train-time's for sale post (None on me yet)..........That being said I am sure I will be lurking around, I am going to use this watch as my daily wearer, am still on the hunt for a Rolex 16710 Coke or Pepsi model for occasional wear, and wear an old Tag Kirium as my beater.Tony2
