It ain't much, but Rolex has produced a teaser video to get people excited about its new watch releases for 2014. Rolex is a bit special in how they debut their new watches and experiencing it is a sort of annual Baselworld rite of passage.Many of you know this, but for those who don't know Rolex's little ritual we will explain. Occasionally we come across brands that challenge the notions we have regarding watches and value. In the conversations we have, it's easy to overlook perhaps one of the most critical aspects of any watch, and dismiss it as not being a core value adder. That facet of a watch is simply design. I read some posts on here and wonder why we are so fussy. One post that gets me is the fact Omega does not use a blue date ring with the blue dial of the PO Titanium instead of its black colour. Have you guys seen Rolex Subs -GMT -Explorers etc. The black, blue and green dials come with WHITE date wheel and yet I've never read one Rolex post complaining about this on their beloved watches. Guys please don't forget the fact the PO is a Fantastic watch and with a black dial we get a black date wheel and looks much better than a white would do, even on the Titanium/ Blue dial.

Im new to the forum thought Id quick intro with a pic. This might be played out (steering wheel / watch pics) but I dont think it getting old. With access so many great cars (I rent exotic cars in LA) and one of my favorite watches, its fun pairing them up. What do you think of this 458 Spider steering wheel shot? Any car/watch combos youd like to see?
