- Bought the watch for a friend who loved it very much because of its nice clean look. However I exchanged it two days later because the watch fell and the strap broke. I didnt think watches were suppsed to be that fragile.

Breitling a1436002/b920-ss wrist watches news:
Not every watch needs to change the world. Sometimes, it's good enough for an established brand to offer their take on the simpler, more useful complications that make up the bedrock of horology. The Fr¨¦d¨¦rique Constant Classic Index GMT is just that: a solid, no-nonsense watch, powered by the FC-350 automatic calibre, offering 38 hours of power reserve, and an easy-to-read GMT function. It comes in four variations: there are two stainless steel models with stainless steel bracelets, one with a white dial, the other with a black dial, a white-dialed variant on a black leather strap, and a rose gold-plated version with a brown leather strap and a white dial. All of the cases are of identical proportions and movement specifications. It's always nice to have a bit of choice?when it comes to case and dial combinations, but it strikes me as odd they only made the black dial available with the stainless steel bracelet. Of course, there's nothing to stop you changing it for a leather strap or
How much the price of stainless steel daytona will cost in 20yrs time if Rolex increases the price every year by 10%? Answer is very shocking, calculated to be: US$61892!!
What a gorgeous watch! Does anyone have experience with this particular model, or perhaps some more detailed images?
So, With 2 new moderators, and all this Oris talk, I look into the company for the first time and to my surprise they have been in business 100 yearsOris - Purely mechanical Swiss watches.Of course, being a vintage guy,I decide to do a little hunting and picked this up today! Thought it was cool.(will get some wrist shots when it comes in!)My first Oris!(seller pix)
Hi, I joined the forum about a week ago. Am learning a lot from the members and their posts. Generally I prefer older watches. Here are the three that I wear the most. All were three of these were 'pre-owned' before they reached my hands. This is my Oyster Date, circa 1982. I had to have the dial replaced with the current one. It's small by todays standard, but thats a good thing IMHO.The watch I've owned the longest. I've had this Seiko 6138-8020 since college. I really like the 'panda' face.Probably my favourite, an Explorer II, circa 1979. I like that its smaller than most other Rolex sports, and has has a cleaner profile/simpler dial face. The extra hour hand is it's main 'decorative'/attention getter feature.April 4, 2009 UpdateI've put together some photos of these watches in the Album section of my profile. watchtalkforums.info/forums/member7316-albums.html
