- I purchased this watch at Macy's and I love it! So many people have stopped me and asked what type of watch I was wearing and that it looked very elegant. I definately recommend this watch and other items by Michael Kors.

Breitling ab014012/g711-1ld wrist watches news:
Yousuf Karsh was a photographer famed for his portraits of celebrities.? One such celebrity that he photographed on a few occassions was Pablo Picasso.? One original portrait of Picasso is coming up for sale via Christie's this afternoon witha pre-sale estimate of $5000-$7000.Why are we telling you this, you may be wondering?? Well, in this particular portrait, you can see Mr. Picasso wearing one heck of a nice watch.? What is it? It's a late 1940s Jaeger-LeCoultre triple date moonphase with teardrop lugs, one of JLC's most beautiful designs.? In fact, the watch looks very similiar to the JLC that is on the cover of Zaf Basha's Jaeger-LeCoultre book. For details on the photograph at Christie's, click here. DID YOU KNOW? Picasso was also known to wear a Rolex GMT-Master. 2 OF 2
My first ever (and like new) Oris Titan TT1 - 44mm arrived today, and I am absolutely blown away by this watch! I'm always nervous about getting a timepiece on the internet because you just never know how it will look on your wrist. In this case, my hopes and expectations have been surpassed. This item will definitely see some wrist time. If you're reading this and have never considered this brand, you owe it to yourself to check out the quality and design. I will go out on a limb and say that initially, it "feels" and "presents" as good or better than any Rolex or Omega I've ever owned, past or present. I'm not a photographer and don't have high dollar equipment (because I spend the extra funds on watches), but following are some shots of the watch taken with a few of my favorite things - my car and my pond. Hope you enjoy them.
And I feel sorry for those WIS who can't!!!Hand winders are cool because you have to interact with them on a daily basis to keep them going.Automatics are cool because they rely on you to keep them running ,once initially wound, simply by wearing them.Quartz are cool because of their independence and their ability to keep going without our support (for a couple of years at least!!)And let's not bypass the hybrid Kinetic which, although the power is generated through wrist motion (as an automatic) has Power reserve of 6 months when fully wound!!And of course the revolutionary "eco-drive" which can last for years without a wind OR a battery changeThis example (note the "solar tech" on the dial which preceeded eco-drive )hasn't disappointed in the 12 years that I have owned it!!And let's not forget the "perfect " watch.Spot on accuracy due to the reception of a signal from Ft. Collins ,Colorado that synchs the watch to "atomic time" (results may vary depending on location) every night a
Was watching a commercial for the new George Clooney movie called The American when I noticed a small clip of the Speedy he was wearing. Thought he was the ambassador for the PO. Anyway, can anyone identify which model Speedy? I've never been any good at figuring out the differences. Sorry for the bad iPhone pic. The frame was in HD from DVR.
I am thinking ahead. Perhaps more towards the fall or end of the year--- In PP i have a PP 5712 steel, 5990 steel, 5164 steel. I realize from my overall collection I am missing a Calendar watch. So i have been looking through the PP options and would like any opinions or comments. I am not a dressy guy. I have a couple of dress watches and my daily work attire is casual (e.g. dockers or nice jeans and nice shirt). So i prefer the less formal pieces. So here are what is available and some of my comments. I am not even going into the various colors and sub models yet1) 5726 Nautilus -- I like but I will rule out right away because i have two Nautiluses now2) 5146- I really like having a PR indicator. I need to look in person again to see how easy it is to read the subdials. I am not sure i like the subdial approach to show the day and month. I know this is an iconic piece. Would complement my other PPs.3) 5205- Favoring this one at the moment. I like the general appearance and
