I cant find any feedback or reviews on the calibre.The Miyota website shows the specs etc but I am interested in a " grass roots" review of its actual reliability and performance. Omega Speedmaster Pro....1171 bracelet...
Hello,My vintage Speedmaster Pro man on the moon came standard with the newer speedmaster bracelet...anyhow.... I then wanted the 1171 bracelet also....Once I fitted it.... I felt 1 thing.....THE 1171 IS CHEAP CRAP!Why do I feel this way? sure a 1680 sub has a cheaper/old style braclet also compared to the new solid end link bracelet.... but this OMEGA 1171 feels like junk.....

today i finally part-exchanged my panerai PAM00421 for a calatrava 5227R. this is actually the closest i want to get to a dress watch. the nice thing is that the 5227 can be dressed up or down (usually i go for the latter:::))). the ivory lacquer dial and the breguet hands are really very very nice, as is the case back, that can be opened to show great reflections. i will retire my nautilus for a while and see how it goes with the 5227R:::)))
