I got this from my Dad at Xmas 2006. He bought it in New Orleans in 1973. I remember as a kid, him wearing it. My Dad wore this for about 4 years, then fell victim to the cheap quartz revolution and never went back. Anyhow, I was home for Xmas and was digging (looting) through his desk when I found it. I instantly remembered it but had no idea of the brand. Upon closer look wait it can't be. A freakin vintage Heuer. And a big gnarly one at that. I showed it to my Dad as if to say, "why aren't you wearing this?" He just looks at it and said casually, "You like that big ugly thing?" "You can have it." No way He shoots, he scores!!!! Anyhow, I fired it up and it ran fine. Several months later I sent it off for a major overhaul, new crystal and pushers, and I've been wearing it regularly since. moon or no moon?
looking to buy by first Omega, the moon watch is the one to go for but I love the moon phase speedy too,if I go for the moon phase would I still be buying into the history of the moon watch or are they two totaly different watches?

Hulks are on their way to your local AD, per conversation with local AD.He told me he got 2 in this past week, sold them both, he does not take lists, but puts them in the display case.He told me that he speaks to other AD's and that Rolex is starting to ship to AD's in the US after not shipping since last November. He does not know what is coming in, but he thought demand for SS sports watches would start to be satisfied at AD's by end of February/March. I see many Hulks for sale on this forum way above MSRP, good luck to the sellers who are flipping.
