Seiko Kinetic on a Winder???
Over the years I've read several people say "Do not put your Kinetic on a Winder". Since I did not own a Kinetic then, I did not really care. Now that I have one, I was wondering, what is the technical reason why it is not advisable to put a Kinetic on a winder.I know there is a "charger" that you could buy and use, but that item is generally more expensive than the watch. I just wondered if what I've been reading is true or if this is just an urban legend.

Picked up this Cartier Santos for my wife's 30th birthday. I actualy really like the look of the watch and now it has me looking at a Santos for myself.
