The only con is that the band adjustments are difficult to make without the per tools. I had to take it to a jeweler to make the necessary adjustments for size.

Hello,Some time ago I asked for help in getting my 21st birthday gift to Switzerland. I was greatly helped and thank you if I didn't already, but I hope I did. I got it back two or three weeks ago after "the works" (many monies). Unfortunately, it didn't work, or, it didn't work well: the minuet and sweep second hand worked beautifully, but the hour marker had a life of its own which it managed to do in secret. Now, I would look and it would say 1200 then, in twenty minutes I would look again and it would be at 1400. I tried watching it but could never catch it doing its naughtiness. Anyway, I don't need anything, just sharing. I sent it back post haste (another $30 which they said they would cover but haven't yet). I will post progress and photos when I am able.Fred

How do you use your fourth hand?
I need my GMT feature about as much a pool boy needs a Sea Dweller, but just curious about the rest of you. Just leave it on 24Hr time here.........

My Seamaster is my favorite watch to wear, it has sentimental value that none of my other watches have. I wear it often and that has taken its toll on the original bracelet. I've always been a fan of leather straps because they feel light weight and fit on the wrist nicely! So I bought a leather strap and took the plunge! I've never worked on a watch before, so i did a few mins of research and YouTube video watching and decided it was easy enough! Gathered my tools and went for it! I think it turned out great! Submariner and a Tuxedo?
Alright, so I had to post this question here to see what you all think, pretty sure I already know your opinions, but have a great friend telling me a Submariner doesn't work with a Tuxedo, which I think is flat out FALSE. What do you all think? Pictures of Tuxedo and Sub combo? Bring it!
