Cartier Cartier 22308 wrist watches news:
I like the Damasko DA36. To say that is a very well built watch would be an understatement. This watch is great tool watch with Milgauss shielding and highly scratch resistant. It has great legibility and even day/date. I could live with just this watch alone if it comes to that. But try to buy one and you will agree that it is just as elusive as that mirage of cool water in scorching dessert. Anders, if you are reading this...would you save me? :D
I'm a huge dive watch fan, I was lucky enough to see the Rolex deep sea in person and when I saw that watch I was dumb founded by the size and thickness but when, I came across this thing while reading the july issue of IW magazine I was both shocked and surprise at the depth ratting and price for $ 4,000 dollars you get a cosc chronograph movement, 20,000 ft of wr's, and it's limited to only 1,000 pieces. Don't get me wrong if I had the money to get both the Rolex deep sea and the new CX Swiss Military watch pictured below I would honestly would have to go with the Swiss Military. How. bout you guy's.
Hey Guys,Asking for alittle help/ suggestions...Most of you are aware of the clasp/deployment on the 5712R Nautilus. So the noise is coming from the setting screw and the folding clasp rubbing each other when I turn my wrist...You will hear a verbal clicking noise when I turn my wrist. So I brought it back to my AD, and they didn't really have an answer...So I ended up finding a piece of clear rubber and placing it between the folded clasp and the screw....It works, but I feel like I'm rigging and 40k watch....What else can I do?
Does the paperwork indicate this run was limited to just 1500 pieces?Curious is that considered low production and is there a better chance for the watch to hold its future resale value? Appreciate any info the experts can share.Charlie
Will I get hit with fees if I buy a watch from a US seller? My experience has been all over the place with customs. I bought my first Omega from Japan back in November but was not charged, yet I had to pay fees for my Seiko, even though the seller declared package non commercial. Thanks all!
