Airflex center expansion bracelet arrived for my Lord Elgin
Got a NOS 1960s Airflex center expansion bracelet for my Lord Elgin from Scott at Times of Plenty.This is a different type of band, as the top on both sides are solid curved bracelets, joined at the bottom by an expansion band. The gold filled top gives the watch, IMHO, a great period look. The band itself fits perfect on my 6 and 3/4 inch wrist. I don't think it would work for a bigger fellow.

Without the crown and lugs the size is 39mm. Yet according to several who have tried one of these on. The watches seems to wear larger. Why is that?
