Girard Perregaux Girard Perregaux 12826 wrist watches news:
Hi, Brand new to this forum. I have a mechanical Longines with 633 SWISS 1570 at the bottom of the face. I have owned this since new back in the late 70's(I think). It's a daily wearer and still keeps brilliant time.Does anyone have any information on this model?
Hi This is my first post and am new to collecting,I bought this watch on E-bay about a month a go for ¡ê40.00,it was listed just as a Hamilton watch ,after a little resurch I think the model is called Cabot can anyone confirm. Also I'am a little weary of over winding it, how many turns should it take to fully wind and for how long should it run for.Could anyone also tell me if it has the original strap if not what colour type would be nearest to the original.
Does anyone know what the Presidential candidates (and their wives) wear on their wrists?
I was wondering if anyone had any information or prior experience on the laws of importing Rolex watches into the UK? I know there¡¯s an import tax but I couldn¡¯t find any information on a limit on the number of watches that can be brought in at a time. I¡¯m aware of a one watch policy when it comes to bringing watches into America but I¡¯m not sure if this goes both ways. So basically I¡¯m wondering, what¡¯s the import tax, is there a watch limit, and how strictly is it enforced? Thanks!
Hi allRecently took a 1997 14060 sub in to RSC for service and they changed the bezel without telling me.Did not realise until I saw that the pearl lume was brighter. The watch has a tritium dial and now the pearl on the bezel looks out of place in the dark. Can I source an original bezel and pearl.???
