I loved this watch and I ordered it in yellow gold. I am ordering it also in white gold. The only thing about this watch , it's hard to put on by yourself. That is the only reason I gave it a five star rating. But other than that it is adorable.

I am thinking about using Orbita's Sparta 1 DIY module to build my own watch winder/safe and was wondering if anyone had done anything similar or had any suggestions.I also like the idea of being able to display my watches, but it makes me very nervous to think that all of that money could be in effect sitting open for a smash and grab robbery even with a house alarm. Also having them easily seen means easily pocketed when anyone comes into the house (workers, guests, friends of friends etc). I have being toying with the idea of having a cabinet that can combine functions. I don't need a safe with the strength of Fort Knox, just something that can't be easily jimmied open. So I am back home in WI for a wedding in the family and have been catching up with parents and relatives and all that bit. My father brought out a pocketwatch that had been given to him by his father, and I wasn't too familiar with it. Hello. I just acquired an early 2000s Seamaster 120 with caliber 1120 movement. The watch hasn't been serviced according to the previous owner. I will be getting this done sooner than later. Anyway, for Christmas, my wife gave me a Brookstone watch winder which I am now using. On about 1150 revs per day, my Rolex Sub stays perfectly wound and on time. Twice in the past week, I have come to find my Omega stopped on the winder. Both times I have hand wound between 40 and 50 turns. Within 10 or so turns, it starts up. I am afraid that the winder is not winding the watch. Everything I can find says it should be set for 600 to 800 TPD. At 1150 TPD, it is stopping. On a caliber 1120 movement, how many turns by hand is a full wind? I just assumed 40 to 50. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
