IWC 3769-03 wrist watches news:
The new holy grail IWC Grande Complication watch is here. IWC has taken their famous "easy to read but complete" perpetual calendar watch with moon phase and year indicator, that also has a minute repeater, placed it in a Portuguese style case, and updated the dial a little bit. You know how the most sober looking ultra complex watch out there. It is hard not to like the looks and appreciate all that it does. It isn't cheap though!See my full article on the IWC Portuguese Grande Complication watch at Haute Living here. Hi guys,I have recently re-acquired a Sub LV.It has the black bezel insert although I do have the green.I have owned one before and did really like the green although sometimes think the black is more versatile?Should I switch back to green or stick with the currently fitted black?I do think it looks great with black but also think the green has that special something?Do you reckon the green would still look good with a suit or be limiting?Any pics to sway me? Especially with more formal attire?I don't have the confidence to swap bezel inserts myself, I'm too worried I'd damage the watch, bezel or even worse not be able to re-fit it!!!Any "Fool proof" directions for the bezel swap that may change my mind on that?CheersNeil.
..is looking right at you...:D:D:D
Hi guys!I was told by my AD to set the watch at 5.30 (am or pm) first, if I want to change the date. The reason, when asked, is because at that position, the movement's gears and springs are free and sort of 'less tensity'.How true is this? I understand the logic of those positioning, only that I dunno how correct is the position would be.Thanks!
Went to visit a grey dealer that I just start having relationship with (bought BLNR from them). The usual suspects are on display hulk, sub nd & date, DS, SD, BLNR (still have 1 from 3 stocks previously). Daytona C hard to get boss lady said, was wearing mine so she¡¯s really jealous They¡¯re hoping to get the SS pepsi but she predicts will be really hard even for greys since the hype is really big.
