Invicta 1468 wrist watches news:
Day or night, doesn't matter - bumpers are cool. They're taking over as the prefered vintage Omega in my collection, and the bumper box got a new resident today. Here's the thread in the GDF describing my day this morning:.info/foru...orum/53271.htmAs promised, more pictures of this 1946 caliber 30.10 reference 2500:What a mess that crystal is! No worries, it'll go in the next batch for service and restoration, which will hopefully have it looking like this:picture by Mike / MSNWatch
Hey guys,I've pretty much decided on the PAM 111 as my first "big boy" watch, but I'm wondering what different versions of the PAM 111 are out there. 1. I've seen a K and J series, but can someone enlighten me as to what that means?2. Also, I would like a black croc strap, but was this model ever sold with one?3. What would be a good price for a new or MINT condition PAM 111?Thanks in advance!
Hi gents,I'm thinking on giving my 17 y.o. Bond a refreshed look - what could need most love is the bezel. Its original blue has faded and it gained some scratches in return. As far as I could find out, Omega doesn't sell the bezel insert alone - it sells the whole package - clever guys! . I saw some posts on other forums of some gents replacing the bezel and it really gives the watch another look... What do you think? Does this faded bezel, along the patina that's starting very faintly to show on the dial indexes starts to give this 17 y.o. watch a classic status? Is my Bond going through its coming of age, so I should keep it like that?Or, on the other hand, replacing the bezel by a new one would give it a better, more modern look?
I am in the process of picking up one the these pieces but cant decide which one i like move. the rose gold datograph with silver dial or the Patek 5980R.I like your in sight guys, thanks in advance
