Hi, im not much of a oris collector although i love the fact there your best band for your buck :P, i have purchased for my other half a bc3 but i was at the AD and just wanted to know if any one has the bob dylan oris? one of the sales person said the best part of it was the gorgeous box. dont mean to offend. i was just wondering any thoughts?? im thinking of getting one bob is a big hero of mine and i love unique dials like the wave pattern just like my smp. its a relitivly cheap watch just wanted to know spexs and whether its worth it or go for another one??

Service Question on IWC Mark XVI Spitfire
Hello all,I had a question for the community out there about an IWC repair at Tourneau My lovely wife got me an IWC Mark XVI Spitfire for our wedding back in '09. It has been a gem and I've worn it almost every day (but with care) over the past 1.5 years. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed that the raised "2" on the face had come unfastened (2 pins holding it in place) and was bouncing around underneath the crystal. ...Not pleased.My wife took the watch back to the AD where she bought it (Tourneau) and they sent it out. The watch is still under warranty from both IWC and Tourneau. The Tourneau Service rep came back and told her that the crown was bent, and that the crown misalignment caused something internally to knock the number out of its place.Oh yeah, and they said the crown wasn't covered by the warranties. They said the repair would cost $375 (I guess he did mention to my wife that he could knock it down to $275 or so). Again, NOT PLEASED.Something smells fishy, but I am n

I've been considering purchasing a new RO 15400 41mm the last few days. I have a few questions for those that have purchased one before.1. Can the purchase price be negotiated? The AD I visited didn't seem like they would negotiate. Asking price is $17,800 dlrs. 2. Black or White/silver dial? I really like the white dial but I'm concern that wearing it with jeans and t-shirt will look awkward. Is viewing the hands difficult on the white/silverish dial?3. I was also looking the VC overseas (white dial time and date only) is that comparable to the RO?I plan to wear it frequently.
