I think of the Casio G-Shock GW056A as the G-Shock for people who don't like G-Shocks. It's certainly the most subtle and unrecognizable G-Shock currently in the lineup, and most importantly, the slimmest.It has the same octagonal case as many of the older G-Shocks (and the new retro tribute G-Shocks), but the brushed stainless steel bezel makes the shape much more pronounced. In fact, the shape is the first thing you notice about the GW056A. Bracelet sizing preferences . . . .
This will probably seem like a sort of strange thing to wonder about, but what is your preference on bracelet size adjustment and why?I have always worn mine to fit perfectly, to where I can slip a finger inside the band betw wrist and bracelet (and yes, I'm one of the lucky ones for whom taking out full links on the speedy bracelet fits me perfectly, no half-link and no problem). I can bend my wrist 90 degrees or more and not have that tightening effect, but it's snug enough that it doesn't move about and stays in place all day long.But I've known people who simply can't do that - they wear it loose and flopping around on the wrist, like jewelry (something I could never do), and they are perfectly comfortable with it like that.And on the other hand (sorry), some guys I know wear their bands a little tight.Just wondering. Truly, the loose and floppy thing eludes me completely, but to each his own.
