My first Christopher Ward watch. CW has to be one of the greatest values around. I'm a new fan!This isn't the original strap, as it shipped with a very nice one which unfortunately, was the longest strap I've yet encountered on a watch. Too long for me, so I had to find a quick replacement.Anyway, on to the pics:

Curious prices on a new watch
I came across the listing for a Maurice Lacroix in Amazon. I know amazon is not an authorized reseller, but I found two watches of seemingly same model with only a difference in the dial color being priced drastically differently.The black dialed watch priced at $1126 and the white dialed watch priced about $700 less.The model numbers are PT6058-SS001-11E (white) & PT6058-SS001-31E (black).I did notice that the white also had only two left in stock. It has since gone out of stock with 50% help from me.Why would the white one be priced at such a low price? Is black more preferable or is it just a pricing glitch by amazon?@ $400 is this a good buy?

How good is Omega servicing in UK now?
I love Omega watches especially the Speedmasters from the 60s and 70s. However, my experience, up until about 5 years ago, of the quality of servicing in the UK and even Bienne, of the vintage models left a lot to be desired. I was wondering if things have improved now for both vintage and modern Omegas?
