Omega 123.15.35.20.02.001 wrist watches news:
I have a 1958 IWC ref. 500 Cal. 853, 10 1/2 lig. men's wristwatch. Per the IWC extract it was sold on February 29, 1960 by/to Henri-Stern. I thought that beginning in 1958 Henri-Stern took over as President of Patek Philippe? Was he also selling IWC watches in New York at the same time he was operating as President for Patek Philippe? This seems a little bit curious, but might just be a lack of knowledge on my part on the issue. If any one can shed some light on this, what is a mystery for me, I would greatly appreciate it.
I was just wondering how much money you could see yourself spending on a watch someday if you had the money and it was really no object at all. It could be any make or model. For me it would be the Alange and Sohne double spilt chronograph.
Hi everyone,I have a 18k YG open faced Patek Phillipe pocket watch - case # 233873 and movement # 122480. The back is engraved, but in the absence of an AD I was wondering if anyone here can provide a good resource online that I can use to get an idea of its value. I can get around to taking pictures at some point Thanks!
Here you go. She is actually wearing a DSSD.But there is an Aquanaut in that picture if you look carefully!
Ive always been dead set on the blue SS SkyD BUT Im now torn down the middle between the blue and black dials. Ive tried on the white and liked it but not for me. Whats making me also consider the black is I have the blue Milgauss which I love and Id part with it if I got the blue SkyD. My black dial game is nothing special as I have the 1957 Speedmaster. BUT blue IS my favorite color..... would love any comments or pics.
