Omega 1847.74.41 wrist watches news:
I am not sure if everyone makes it over to the General Discussion Forum - I thought this could be posted here as well for obvious reasons .I am sure that many of the people you work with are aware of your addict...er...hobby. My boss and I have had several discussions surrounding fine timepieces. On occasion, we also get to talk with clients about their watches - if I notice something unique. My box has a Rolex Cellini and enjoys it quite a bit. It is his pride and joy from a watch standpoint. So, one day he mentioned that he had some old watches of his dad's and that he would give them to me. He has no children and preferred that they go to someone who would appreciate them. The topic was discussed and not brought up again. I had forgotten about it and then we met in Miami for a client of ours. My boss produced a ziplock bag with 3 watches. One a throw-away, one an abused Omega, and the last a Hamilton that had seen much better days.I refused the watches as I know he has a nep
Looks nice, not shabby all. Supposed to be thinner than the 9300 movements as well. Kind of reminds me of the tin tin/Japanese limited racing Speedies from the past. blog.perpetuelle/watches/...r-chronometer/
Patek made many nice watches the last decades ... but if you ask me, nothings comes even close to the 5070.And in this case the 5070PTested a new camera / lens yesterdayLooking at the pics I once again realized how perfect this watch is :-)BTW, one of the days or weeks I ll make a post with every 5070 :-) I'll see some friend watch collectors and not so long ago somebody bought the GThis makes it possible to photograph the complete set :-)
On a SS 5980 from a very reputable, authorized Patek retailer. Would you run away or make a lower than usual offer?
Need some ¡°urgent¡± assistance. Own a BLNR, wanted to add second watch to collection. Have option to get SD43 or Hulk from AD. Have smallish wrists but SD43 surprisingly didn¡¯t look too big. I am not really a green person but am amazed by how this dial looks. Welcome any thoughts about which would pair better with BLNR. Wear suits/dress shirts daily so needs to be versatile. While I don¡¯t plan om flipping, I do like to spend money on something that I know has potential to hold value so this is a (smaller) factor in decision making. Thanks
