Omega 12320276002002 wrist watches news:
I can honestly say this is the watch everyone – though maybe no one more than me – has been waiting for since the 2013 50th anniversary of the Cosmograph Daytona. We now have a steel Daytona with black ceramic bezel! This watch closes the loop on the entire Daytona family, bringing back back the familiar look that we first saw in 1965 with the reference 6240 and ultimately the 6263. Let's get into it. 1 OF 3 The 2016 Cosmograph Daytona is very much the same watch as the 2015 Daytona – this is Rolex, after all – though in addition to the black Cerachrom bezel, the white-dial version now features black rings instead of silver above the sub registers. Dear Sirs: I am new to your forum and watch collecting in general. I have several mechanical watches that I have owned for years or inherited, and I have recently acquired 2 or 3 vintage Hamiltons (an Endicott, a Cedric, and a 1988 Piping Rock re-issue). Reading your posts, and following your links to other watch websites has been both educational and enjoyable. One thing I have learned is the damage that running a watch without proper lubrication can do. However, I have not had a mechanical watch serviced for 15 years or more, and on consulting the Yellow Pages and the internet, I cannot find anyone in my area (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) in that business. The closest places appear to be in Chicago (90 miles away) and perhaps Plymouth, WI, about 40 miles away.Could anyone advise me of someone in this area that services mechanical watches? All of mine are running, but I would like to have them oiled, cleaned if necessary, and perhaps get a crystal or two replaced. (BTW, I have to go to Ma
