For those of us old enough to remember, July 20, 1969 was a special day. It was the day that Apollo 11 hovered over the moon while Astronaut Neil Armstrong landed and stepped on the surface to be the first man on the moon. Omega was there! Long live the Speedmaster "moon watch"! Cheers, Bill P.
Anyone know where I might get one? Or does anyone have an extra they wouldn't mind selling?
Loads of stories about Royal Oaks having timing issues, dried up oil and other faults. Would be good to get some first hand info on common faults anyone has had with various models. I generally take care of my watches and plan to service it at recorded intervals , but I'd like to get some firsthand info before I decide on AP. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
One idea: Would not it be interesting if Rolex Forums had a section that would be called Face to Face for the private people that the same city can buy and sell watches with total peace of mind? They could charge a fee for each advertisement and that would help with the expenses that cause to maintain a Forum and of this quality that should be one or the most important in the world. In these days I have read so many opinions on how to be sure that they will not cheat us when buying, selling, sending, insurance, etc ... which for example in my case made me desist from publishing a notice of sale of my watch I would like to read opinions of my friends from the Forum ..
