Omega 2909.50.83 wrist watches news:
Longines continues to focus on its Heritage line with the addition of a new Diver model, drawing inspiration from similar Longines watches from the 1970s. Like the Conquest Heritage released in Basel earlier this year, the Heritage Diver is an accurate homage to what you find in the brand's past, with the addition of more contemporary movements. The Heritage Diver will be offered in both chronograph and three-hand configurations, and each recalls its vintage counterpart to great effect. 2 OF 4 Both the Heritage Diver and Diver Chronograph feature ETA movements made specifically for Longines, referred to as the caliber L663.5 for both. This likely means an ETA 2824-2 and the addition of a module for the chronograph. They share a case as well, which is period-correct with a 43mm cushion shape. The multi-faceted bezel ring frames what looks to be a raised sapphire crystal to further enhance the throwback feeling.? 3 OF 4 The Diver Chronograph bears a remarkable

Hi all, I have been saving to purchase an Omega SMP 2220.80 for about 18 months. This will be my first luxury watch purchased by me. My Dad gave me his vintage Navitimer 806 after I graduated from college, which I really enjoy wearing. The Bond watch, however, is one of the nicest watches I've worn or seen. Anyway, back to my question. I am planning on purchasing my watch from either Jomashop or Alan Furman. Currently, Jomashop has this watch in stock and advertised for $1995 (39%) off retail. I have watched the price fall from $2300 over the past couple of months. My question, should I grab it now at that great price, or do any of you believe the price will continue to fall as a result of the economy? Or is there some other reason why the price might be declining? Thanks for all your help!
The ORIS website will not permit me to register my new Oris watch. I am permitted to enter the serial number but no other data. Oris does not answer my queries about this matter. Any ideas?
On Ken's last post I replied that the 5970 is imo one of the most beautiful watches Patek ever made.So it made me curious , I wanted to know other people's TOP 3 listSo please think about it, more than once and to give you a hint ¡ don't just name the 3 most complicated you know. The most beautiful is imo seldom the most complicated. I had the sky moon tourbillon a few hours in my hands and I appreciated the technical work of art but I will never say it was a beauty. Nor am I a fan of repeaters or tourbillons. From a purely esthetic view a simple repeater looks like simple Calatrava. And a Calatrava is a nice watch but imo not for the TOP 3 ever :-)And those super complications with multiple functions are imo most of the time too busy.As you see, my choice does not have vintage pieces. The reason is simple. For me they are way too small. Yes I like a 1518 and yes I like a 3970 but a 35 or 36 mm watch is just not for me. And yes I like some vintage chrono's like a 530 but once again
