Sponsored PostIn February 2010, Hublot announced that HEAT guard, Dwyane Wade, would join the "Hublot family," a highly elite circle of Hublot ambassadors who are living legends in their respective disciplines. Wade¡¯s commitment to excellence, which he strives for on and off the court, and his passion for the sport, parallels Hublot¡¯s vast achievements in fine watch making.Hublot is the HEAT¡¯s presenting sponsor for all premium entrances at American Airlines Arena including Gate 4. In addition, the partnership designates Hublot as the official timekeeper of the Miami HEAT and an official countdown to tip off prior to each HEAT game via the courtside signage system at American Airlines Arena. In March of 2012 Hublot unveiled the first King Power Miami HEAT chronograph, becoming the first Swiss luxury brand to launch an NBA timepiece. Later that year, Hublot presented the entire team with commemorative Big Bang timepieces to celebrate the first victory in the ¡°Big 3¡± era. In honor of the
For modern watches, at what price point would you say should come with a Sapphire crystal? (lets say for quartz since automatics are more costly)
Well one of the good things about Christmas is the number of watch related products I received as presents (no watches though!) However upon flicking through my new watch books I discovered how much I like the jumping hours feature and the look of many of the dials that they belong on. After doing some research this morning I found that Christopher Ward did one as a limited addition last year but that none of them seem to be on sale. All the others I have seen on places like Chrono24 are well out of my current price range.I don't like not being able to offer up any suggestions (with pics) as an OP but on this occasion I'm a little stumped. I wondered if there were any new model jumping hours watches on sale out there for a retail of less than ¡ê5,000 / $8,000 (my current new watch budget)? I could buy vintage but I'm nervous to do so based upon my lack of knowledge and/or no experience of pay pal, internet purchases, internation tax laws, shipping etc.Any help or advice appreciated as a
When will AP make an in house chronograph that is not modular chronograph ?Also are other AP movement from AP or are they from other manufacturer ?
I've been trying to find a Hulk at MSRP, which as we know is nearly impossible. Most of the AD's are so shady about their waitlist, I may just jump on one of the grey market pieces. I hate to pay the markup, but if a price increase really happens I won't feel nearly as bad. There is the chance they could update the Hulk, I happen to like the larger lugs, so i don't really care if they make them smaller. OF course they could always discontinue it which send prices crazy high, I kind of doubt that will happen though.Anyone regret paying the grey market uncharge?
