Movado 12 O'Clock
My Wife's Movado 87 A1 845 suddenly had its gold dot come loose from the 12 o'clock position. It is rolling around inside the crystal. Guess the epoxy or whatever adhesive they used failed. Is this something a watchmaker could fix, removing the crystal and readhering the gold dot? Any idea what a fair price would be for this type of repair? thx.

Pre owned IWC Flieger Chornograph - 3706 03
Hi , Great Forum !. As a seasoned owner of Rolex's , I've just splashed out on a pre owned Flieger Chronograph 3706 03. Just wondering if there are any pics out there of the movement - , I believe this movement has ball bearings of sorts as when I move watch I get the distinct impression that's what's under the hood ! - more info on this model greatly appreciated for a newbie IWC owner - great looking watch btw. Thanks all.

One of my wife's lifetime dreams has been to see Switzerland, so we're headed there in a few weeks. Explorer link, Recommendations
Had my new Explorer sized and link adjustment done by local watch / jewelry store and they botched the link screw (rough and a bit sharp) as well as the link is now stiff and not moving as it should. The closest AD is a day trip and with the holidays there¡¯s no time. The watch fits perfectly now but when I️ run my finger along the bracelet it¡¯s rough at that spot and that doesn¡¯t bode well with me. So, I️ want it fixed like new with smooth screw heads and a link that moves freely. Anyone have a recommendation as to who I️ could send it to to fix it that could do a quick turnaround? I️ don¡¯t think it¡¯s a big issue at all for someone that knows what they¡¯re doing. I️ also have read that each link screw is sized for the individual link and that you can¡¯t just use any link screw as it were. So TRF, what would you do and who would you send it to?
