Let the experiment begin!
I was going to put the new Hirsch strap on my Breitling, but it dawned on me now is the perfect time to try the waterproofing experiment.After rubbing the conditioner on the strap fresh from the plastic, I let it dry for 5 or 6 hours. I then put 2 coats of waterproofing on. Oh, I got a new camera yesterday also so here's a couple gratuitous shots done freehand. I can't wait to see this on the tripod but that will have to wait until next week due to time constraints. (hey, I love watches but fishing is in my blood and I go whenever I get the chance).
