- Cute watch which was featured in O Magazine...but did they try it on? The watchband is child-sized! I can barely close it on the last hole in the band. Disappointed!

Panerai PAM 00029 wrist watches news:
Is anybody familiar with this vintage style. I saw one on the bay and it caught my eye. The seller called it a civilian update of the military style produced in 1949. I don't know if this was the original intention, but it seems to fit. I'll probably pass on it this week and keep my eye open in the future.
Any idea on how to best match a Hamilton watch model to a case number? Seems like some watch parts suppliers use a CS number but don't use the model name. How would one find out what CS number matches a Hamilton model name?

Hello all, new here to the forum but a long time lurker. Always been into rolex (sub 14060M, Explorer II, both gone), now a DJII fluted bezel blue dial and a sub 114060, but....recently contemplating an AP 15400 blue dial. As many I do have some doubts about the size so I would like to hear your opinionsOfcourse, at the end of the day I should buy the watch if I like it, but would like to hear your thoughts anyway! (and btw, I think the 15450 dial is too small, and 15300 you can't get new anymore..)The pictures are of a rosegold version a tried on at the AD.
I am guessing since this is a Panerai subforum of the Rolex forum that the answer is yes. I would love to see some pictures (either wrists or side by sides) or stories from those that do.I currently have a 560.I am going to a two watch collection, and was initially thinking adding a Polar Explorer 2, since I am typically OCD about watch sizes being similar in a collection. With my 7.5 wrist, I have owned everything fro 38mm to 45.5mm, but I tend to not have dissimilar sizes in the same collection.Does the SubC feel small when switching from the PAM?ThanksGreg
