Panerai PAM 107 wrist watches news:
What is a watch, if not a ¡°machine¡± to measure the flow of time? A kind of speed counter for the flux of an energy of which we know almost nothing, except that it exists and that it is carrying us somewhere¡. Find complete details, along with stunning wallpaper, for this De Bethune machine inside. What is absolute speed, if not that of light, that beyond which there is no more time, nor space, nor perhaps even energy? The logical conclusion is that any approach to watchmaking is in fact a reflection on infinity as we are able to admire it without actually comprehending it: it is an emotion born of the dizzying sensation stemming from a reality that transcends our grasp. And this is where a deliberately chosen aesthetic option must express a philosophical choice. With this DB25 specially created for Only Watch, De Bethune has chosen light as the medium from which to sculpt its conception of the world, of space, and of time. The light of a nocturnal sky studded with gold and diamonds:

Looking for input on quartz divers. I like divers as my everyday beater watch (i.e. all time not in the office) - clean, simple, functional, good water resistance, date, analog, good lume. Currently, I have an O&W M4 that fills this purpose which I really love. The problem - I am very active and the watch takes a routine beating. Although I don't have any major issues with the movement (ETA 2824-2), I find that on particularly abusive days with many small shock loads, it gains much more than normal.Although not obsessed on absolute accuracy, I don't like the inconsistency I am experiencing, and never know how off the time really is. This is leading me to look at quartz divers as an alternative to an automatic movement. My selection is down to the following 2: Priscista 89 quartz and Seiko Prospex perpetual calender SBCM023. Both seem to be similar in size, which is smaller than many divers (i.e. under 40 mm diameter), and similar in size to my current M4.Would anybody have c
hi all, I would like to understand something that I have seen many times and that I cannot explain to myself, this watch seems to be in good condition, according to them never polished, but on the third pic on the bottom of the case especially on the side where the number is the metal seems completely worn out, how the hell is that possible, we're talking about a part of the watch which when is worn can't have any contact dings, scratches or bumps, how in the hell can it get so worn out? I've had a few watches for many years, even one or 2 for around 20 years, well on that part they are fine, but on the outer part they have their fair share of scratches, the exact contrary to this one and I've seen it in many occasions and never could get how that's possible, anyone care to explain would be welcomed. Thanks guys https://.chrono24/en/audemars...-id3748687.htm
I've been sent a picture of a friend who met someone wearing a PP Tourbillon, or at least what he claims to be a Tourbillon. If it is real of course, I'd love to know what the model is and learn a little more about it.Could some of the wiser heads advice what they think?I think the watch just doesn't look right.376887_10152056815125088_1607777106_n.jpg
