Hi,I am the new owner of a white face Breitling Emergency Mission watch. This is my first high end watch and I must say that this is some what addictive. I find myself looking at several other watches. My wife was not as taken with this watch as I am however the locator beacon sold her because I fly 5 days a week and she really likes it when I come home. New addition - Jaeger Lecoultre Reverso Grande Date
I have been "collecting" watches for several years, during which time I have had a large variety of styles and brands. Recently I feel that my tastes and preferences have become more focused. When evaluating a possible addition, I now search for three main criteria: 1) pedigree, 2) unique movement, and 3) something that "speaks" to me. For the past year and a half, I have been in a Masters in Healthcare Administration program and will be graduating this August. So I wanted to get myself a graduation gift. I happen to come across a second hand Jaeger LeCoultre Reverso Grande Date at a very reasonable price. So, since opportunity knocked, I opened the door. It arrived today and I would like to share it with you all. To help finance it, I sold my Baume et Mercier Classima Executive. I was OK letting go of this piece as it did not really meet my three criteria mentioned above. So, now my collection consists of: 1) Omega Speedmaster, 2) Omega Aqua Terra 8500 (I have it on a black leather

I am tired of spending over a thousand on a watch to have it IGNORED by the general public!!This is the time of year that I go on vacation to Hawaii and buy a new watch. I can buy used or new - BUT I THINK IT MUST BE A COOLER, MODERN WATCH!I am tired of buying vintage Rolex that NO ONE notices. What I want now is to get into Panerai, AP roo, Hublot Big Bang, Bulgari, Graham.....SOMETHING THAT BLOWS THE OBSERVER DOWN! If I am spending multiple thousands for a watch, IT BETTER GET UP IN YOUR FACE. I'M DONE WITH SUBTLETY.Can I do this for under $3000???? What are your horological suggestions, my friends????

Recommendations for Panerai Service
I am looking to have a couple of Panerai's serviced and would like to know if there are any watch repair specialists that anyone would recommend in the lower 48 of Continental US. One is a PAM 356 which has a Valjoux 7750 movement that I know anyone can service. The other is a PAM 244 and I'm not sure what movement it has. Thanks in advance.
