Hello Gangs,I posted a thread a few weeks ago regarding my Submariner watch sent to regulate time, as it was running a bit too fast (+/- 10-15sec/day) to Texas Service Center via registered mail.(Thanks to Sending Your Rolex For Factory Service Redux: A Warranty Service Testimonial By: John B. Holbrook, II ) Sending the watch via USPS registered mail was a smooth experience.. While I was nervous until the shipment reached its destination - TSC. )I got a call from TSC that they received the watch and tested and the watch will be sent to the 'shop' for it to be regulated and will be/should be back to me by May 17th.They must've recognized that the time's running fast and needs it to be regulated....aye! but does anyone have had / or knows what the lady meant by "..sent to the 'shop'?....hmmmIn any event I am without a watch for a few weeks now, I can't wait to get backmy Sub!
Here's mine : 1973 complete with original box, receipt and warranty booklet.

I bought the watch back in late May. Once I got it, I polished it up with some Brass-O. I have to say, it polished up really nice and had a shiny gold-like look to it. Actually I really liked it's look polished.Pictures taken right after polishing - May, 2012But it wasn't long before I used the watch for what it's designed for - diving! All my divers have 2 things in common. 1) they take a beating and 2) they're going to get wet and go deep. I'd had a dive trip planned for June, so it was the perfect opportunity to get the Helson in the salt water!Pics taken in June 2012.Right after the 1st set of dives:After about 30 minutes out of the water:Wow, really reacting now!But toned down after about an hourBut once it got in the water again, it 'cleaned up' instantly!Once out it started the reaction al
