I've been gone from the world of Rolex the last few months. I'm sorry if this topic has been covered before. Has the SS Sub gotten the new clasp or is that for next year?Thanks in advance.

It's a MIracle, My Ole Waltham has Come Back to Life ......A Theory as to Why ....
Some of you may remember this sweet Waltham , 15 jewels and it's large ! .....( and if anyone can tell me what era it was made in I would greatly appreciate it) ......I'm thinking late teens, early 20s ? ......Anyway, it was listed as being running, but when I got it .....it wouldn't .....I have been carrying it around in my purse ( in a plastic bag ....) and took it out to show a friend and while I was telling her that it didn't run, I was idly turning the crown ....egad ! the crown turned ! ......and then the little second hand started to move .....it was running !!!!!.......and so it has been it's been 6 hours and it's keeping pretty good time too !!!!and I did promise the movement shot ......and this shot shows the pretty detailing on the side of the watch .....and I am well and truely pleased.....but what had put the cherry on top is that this watch ....a serious contender for Salleh's Favorite Watch of the Year .......started running too !....sold as non-running, and the crown

I just received a Speedmaster 145.022 in beautiful condition, bought from Patrick (beerformeplz) right here. I've always wanted one, and this fits the bill perfectly. My first post in the Omega forum, but probably won't be the last.

If some of you remember back in Feburary, I posted an image of my Vintage Pie Pan Connie and a couple of members taged it as not real, with the dial having some issues.I contacted the dealer I bought it from and he said let him look at it and if he agreed he would make good on it.Well he finially did. It took two months to get my refund but he stood behind his sale. This is after I purchased it over three years ago.So that goes to show there are some honest dealers out there. He said it was a consignment piece and he missed the details that were pointed out by TRF members in one posting.Many thanks to the members who pointed it out to me. I would of gone for the rest of my life thinking I had a collectors piece when in actuallity it was a Frankenwatch.TRF is the best watch forum on the net.Best regards,Mort
