So far, the most substantive thing I've heard is "buy the seller" etc - but I am looking for something more specific like what exactly makes a seller a "good buy" on the various online sources.For example, say ebay seller does not offer returns but, according to ebay policy you are "protected" if there is a material misrepresentation of the item. What are some practical examples of what is or is not material representation - and even if you make that case to ebay what's the process?
