Seiko SKA629 wrist watches news:
I sent my Seamaster to be calibrated and cleaned and the watchmaker had it running perfectly on the bench. He sent the timing sheet back with thee watch and it was right on. When the watch is on my wrist it gains 3 minutes per day, whether it spends the nite up or down on my dresser. When it's on the winder it still gains time and after a week it has gained 9 minutes. What can be causing the watch to keep picking up time??? Thanks.............TommyT
Haven't posted here in a while, thought I'd share pics of 4 straps that went out to JL in HK last week.2 24's and 2 26's, all from WWII-era ammunition pouches 2 of them are stitched with NOS WWII military issue linen thread:
Sorry double post, please delete!!!!!Thanks,Jim
A mans blue face diver, ss, chrono, date window, diver bezel, 44-45mm case, kinda like a seamaster, high quality, low price you know, $200ish.
What would your pick be?Though I love the Nautilus, it is way too pricey for me.I am looking to make up my mind for the next purchase and still undecided.I know one down side about the AP is that is is very non durable(scratches very easily), which will sort of put me off from wearing it as a daily watch for any and every occasion. Is this the same case with the Aquanaut?I do have small wrists at 6.25. How would you say the Aquanaut would wear?I have yet to find it in stock at my AD to try it on.Of these two, which would be your pick?
