Casio Announces PRG270 Watch With Third Generation Triple Sensor
Not long after the introduction of their latest ProTrek flagship, the PRW3000, Casio has announced a new entry-level model that also features the updated Triple Sensor V3 technology. The new Casio PRG270 expands over previous PRG models with the latest Triple Sensor system from Casio and comes in a wide range of colors. Offering improved accuracy and speed, the PRG270 offers an appealing go-anywhere package for those who can to do without atomic synchronized timekeeping.Like all ProTrek watches, the PRG270 is a rather large and hyper-masculine sports watch with a plastic resin case that measures 54.6 by 14.4mm and weighs in at a feathery 67g. Designed for avid outdoorsy types, the PRG270 offers a host of systems for quantifying the wilderness including: a digital compass; altimeter; barometer; and thermometer. All of the standard digital watch features like world time, chronograph, countdown timer, alarm, perpetual calendar, sunrise and sunset timing are also just a button press away.

...as many of you know, we have started a trend in 2006 that brought many WISfrom all around the world even closer. Some guys just jump in the car and get there,(some lucky ones just take a cab or subway)¡but many have boarded the planesor crossed the oceans !Not that GTG¡¯s are something new, but I think that back in 2006 we started something very special.Something that brings this great watch enthusiasts community even closer and something thatis actually ¡®way¡¯ beyond watches. I am glad that watches are my hobby ! Because of them I havemet many great people whom I am proud to call my friends now !What started innocently in fall of 2006 is now slowly but surely becoming a tradition.By now we had 2 nice autumn meetings in Tampa and two in spring that took place in New York.In-between these larger events several of us met in Las Vegas, London or Basel, but somewhatthe FALL/TPA and SPRING /NYC meetings that are 6 months apart are becoming the events that we hope will become a part of you

So- been on a bit of a binge, and am now up to 4 Oris. Love my 2 F1's, got a Big Crown that's a nice change of pace, and then the GBR which I'm still on the fence about (it's big AND thick). Any suggestions would be appreciated in the Oris line that would compliment what I've got already, as I'm still fairly new to the brand.
