- I received this watch as a Christmas present and it is very elegant. The picture really doesn't do it justice. The watch I had previously, cost 4 times as much, but didn't stand up to this watch.

Tag Heuer WAT1316BA0956 wrist watches news:
Hey everyone! I'm a new member and a newbie in starting a watch collection. I am trying to understand so many things about watches. I never knew how intricate these pieces are! I am so amazed and so interested in watches now.I just got a really nice gift from my mom! I got the Hamilton Khaki Conservation watch (the Harrison Ford one) with the beige strap. It looks awesome! I love it!I just had a couple of questions. What type of movement is it? I don't understand what the numbers mean and if its good. 7750? I read that somewhere or I'm just pulling that number out of somewhere. What can you guys tell me about this watch? I have researched and read the Hamilton website about it. But mostly it talks about the Conservation International organization. This is an automatic watch, but I think I can wind it. How do I do that?Lastly, I can't seem to get the date on the watch right. I set it and the next day, its always off! I read somewhere to adjust it between a certain hour,
i know its a Rolex.i know its a super classic, world wide recognized designi know its 43mmbut $8,975 ?
Happy new year everyone. Lately I've been thinking of picking up the AP bumblebee and wanted some opinions on the fit and feel vs the SS version of the ROO line. Is the forged carbon and ceramic bezel justify the additional cost of the watch. Are there any other differences than I should be aware of that would add to the price. Hoping some of you bee owners could comment and add some pics. Thanks in advance.
I can't confirm, but I think the subject line should start a nice little discussion here. Thanks for the support, and if you can give me pointers on how best to use this forum let me know i'm a newbie, as I'm sure you can tell. JZ
Putting a different spin on the blro discontinuation threads here.Let's say you own a WG Pepsi and Rolex does discontinue it come Basel 2018. What would you do with your BLRO? Would you automatically stash it in the safe waiting for the value to increase? Continue wearing it as usual?Wear it less frequently? My concern is that there is going to be one part that is going to be a problem to replace if it discontinued- the bicolor (blue/red, purple/cranberry) ceramic bezel, just like the original GMT with the bakelite bezel. Here's an interesting quote from Rolex in the WatchTime review of the WG Pepsi: Here is some text from the official Rolex press release that we hope will help you to fully understand how difficult the process of creating a two-tone Cerachrom bezel is:The name ¡°Cerachrom¡± derives from a contraction of the word ¡°ceramic¡± juxtaposed with the suffix ¡°chrom¡± from the ancient Greek word for ¡°colour¡±. The range of available shades for ceramic is however restricted by its
