After numerous phone calls Tourneau could never give me an answer or give me an update on my watch. Weeks went by... Then on 12/04 Tourneau called me and informed me that the Swatch Group has yet to fix my watch or even look at it be 'cause the date was not filled out by my AD when I purchased the watch. They wanted me to fax them my receipt which I did that same day. I was so pissed that I called the Swatch Group myself and spoke to Shawn about their poor customer service. He informed me (in a condescending manner) that it would be at least another 4-6 weeks before I would get my watch back!!! I currently have Jennifer with Tourneau talking to her regional re
