Why sapphire crystals?
Seems like lots of people prefer having a sapphire crystal over mineral, and it's one of the first things people get modded. Why is that?I know that sapphire is more scratch resistant but I have yet to scratch my Hardlux on any Seiko I haveIs it knowing that the sapphire will stand up better in case something happens?Is it better clarity or less reflections?Any and all insight appreciated. Thanks!

AP15202ST vs. Rolex DD40 YG
Good day GentsSo a few months ago i deliberated over timepieces, i was in the market for something that would mark the crossover from my usual mid-range piece to a high-end piece. I ended up going with the 15202st, which i decided on as being most complete choice at the time. The two options that made it to my final list were 15202ST and Rolex DD40 YG. Guess what, i still seem to have an itch for the DD40.Would you have a look at both pieces on me, and give opinions on everything which in you'd personally consider to be the pros and cons of flipping the 15202 for the DD40.

The Dark Fiddy !
More than 5 years after announcing the 1950 composite Luminor Pam375 and after a lot of gossip on how why and if it was really launched They are starting to trickle down the pipeline Haven't seen it in person yet but it is available for me if I want it ... Who wouldn't want a dark Fiddy ?? For the price of 14k that would probably be me :-) I'll pay the boutique a visit and get some wrist shots and see it in person then get back to you guys maybe sell my 587 and get the 375 ?? Hmm
