Seagull 1963 42mm Panda Dial Review
The original reissue of the Seagull 1963 was and still is a big success. Great looks, an intriguing history and a price no one could scoff at ensured this. We took an in-depth look at the original 38mm version some months ago and were charmed by it's unique vintage character. The gold-tone dial, gold applied markers and blued-steel hands gave it a unique character that while stemming from military design had an elegance that made it versatile and altogether stylish. And of course, the ST19 manual column wheel chronograph movement inside gave it a mechanical prowess that sealed the deal. 15400 vs 15710
Hi allI had more or less decided on the 15400 black dial. Went to try it with my Wife. Great service and the lady recommended me to try other models. Bad moveTried the diver, the roo black theme with the red needles, roc. Really don't like the chronos, I prefer the clean lookThe diver actually made my heart sing. It's so comfortable and easy to wear. Love the size and most of all the wrist presenceStill like the 15400 cause of the details and the whole finishing from dial to bracelet is simply outstanding. But i know I can't wear that often.The Wife is on the 15400 side as she felt I look great with it and she doesn't like the diver cause of the rubber strap. She felt that the strap doesn't look good and commend the price point.What are your thoughts? If it helps I have a gmt2C, subC and a pam 372 currently

I noticed theres a differnce on the old clasp an new one. When did the new clasp come out (Breitling made for Bentley)? I think the old ones just say only Breitling. I had a dealer tell me the watch I wanted to buy was brand new but I noticed the clasp only said Breitling so I think he tried to pull a fast one on me Any experts here?

Just picked up a Tudor North Flag.Have read the manual and can see no reference to NOT changing the date between 9:00pm and 3:00am like some ETA movements.Does anyone know if, as it is powered by a new Tudor movement, that the date can be changed at any time like my Rolexes?
