- I needed a heart monitor for my workouts. This works great. I would like it better if it kept track of time in each zone but that is not a deal. I am quite satisfied with this duct's performance and ease of use.

Hi All,I was a happy user of a Breitling Chrono Colt Quatrz for quite few years now. Recently, my watch stopped and after changing the battery (always by an authorised service centre) my watch starts and stops once every now and then. Upon bring back to the service centre, I was told that I should have done a full overhaul of the watch every 4 to 6 years. (I had the watch for 7 years now.) Is this really necessary or it is a blanket statement service centre always uses whenever that have no clue what's wrong with the watch?I had several popular brand quartz watches over the years (Tag, Concord, etc.) and they are still in great working condition after all these years (more than 10yrs). I am really beginning to lose my confidence with the quality Breitling watches .Anyone else had this issue with their Breitling watches?Regards,CKS
BackgroundSome years ago Seiko produced some large watches that the aficionados of the brand affectionately called Big Freaking Seikos or BFS. These were regular movement cased in 44mm steel cases with 24mm lugs. I actually liked them a lot and managed to get two of them. However when in my hands, while I loved the dial design, I was not thrilled about the case shape, it was not quite comfortable for me and I was not crazy about the the looks. I ended up selling both of them. But kept admiring the dial design.Present timeSome months ago I was able to find a source for these dials and got them, one at the time, slowly as finances permitted. While doing this I started looking at a possible case that would match or at least look good with thos dials. I could not tell Seiko to make a new case for me so I had to choose between what was available. While Seiko does not make large cases generally I found some that at 42mm were at least not too small for me. These were watches made in
Hi, I would like some people's views on the 6102P as an investment piece. I was in the shop buying a PP (first PP but regular customer who have purchased many others) and my AD mentioned that there are a few PP beauties coming in soon and one of them is the 6102P. Given the price, I want to do my research before I even consider it thinking about it so I would appreciate any thoughts on this. The only reason I am even contemplating about it is the fact that I don't have to go through the process / application which takes ages, and even if you have money you might not be given one. Some of the questions I was thinking- What would be a good sale price to get this piece? - How many years before I can see any good returns?- How rare is it compare to other PPs?- Given the GFC and downturn, what is the demand in the market for watches such as this?I would rather spend it on a watch and enjoy it then put my money in a term deposit.
Good Morning all....Years ago when I was fist got into wearing Panerai around 2006-2007 there were a bunch of local Panerai Authorized Retailers. Went back to Rolex in 2012 and took a break. Recently I have rekindled my love for Panerai and noticed all of the local dealers have vanished? What happened? Were the dealers pulled from Panerai or did they give up on selling them??Thanks in Advance...Steve S.
