She keeps very good time and I cannot get over how thick the crystal is. The face is two-tone and a new lizard band. It says Gruen Curvex and precision over the second hand box. The face is original. Maybe I can post a picture. That makes two vintage watchs a Hamilton and Gruen, both keep great time.
I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with this websit . They seem to have some pretty spectacular deals and I want to know of they are reputable before I fall in love with one of their offerings
Alligator Watch Bands by Sirtoli - Crocodile, Ostrich, Shark and Calf Skin Watch StrapsI have a Speedy "patch" 50th Omega I want to get a strap for.I like the look of the Andreas Black strap with black stitching. I would love to use a Forum sponsor but they don't ship to New Zealand. Do you think Sirtoli will be as good looking and quality as an Omega Strap below?
I was changing the date on my 5 digit ExII to catch it up with the short month, Plus I haven¡¯t worn it for about a week. To change the date, you advance the hour hand around twice independently. It will click from hour to hour. Then, I noticed it was no longer clicking, but merely spinning around the dial. It¡¯s still changes the date, but it is no longer running with the time. I wonder how expensive this will be?
