If you are a watch enthusiast or any other type of consumer who does not use eBay, you are tragically missing out on a world of available items and rare finds. Think about what eBay is. Essentially it creates a market for many types of goods which would otherwise sit in someone's house. It is monetizing the world of privately owned things that people want to sell. This means the market can determine the value, and the prices do not include company overhead. It is true that many companies have have taken a place on eBay for their own stores. I mean the whole concept of the eBay store is amazing. The power to reach an enormous population with little to no overhead. You don't have to have a retail location, employees, or much else. All you need is a computer, the items you want to sell, and the ability to ship them. But for me, the staple attraction of eBay has been the private seller.eBay helped to reinvent the shipping industry. Yes, in the late 1990's online shopping was growing larger,
I ordered 15407ST from an AP boutique that should be here in a couple of months. I have seen the watch once and I thought it looked great but hate the fact I'm paying full retail price for it.
I always thought that pic of Arnold's watch drawer wasn't his, but this interview confirms it:.watchtime/wristwatch-...talks-watches/His comments on watch winders surprised me.
G'day everyone.. Over dinner just now, my friend who is very into watches, who owns 5711/1A asked me a question which me being the rookie myself I told him don't know but I can help him ask in the forum. He asked me which is better to better buy.. He told me 5235g being the very first PP regulator plus so hard to come by from AD make this watch that much more desirable n exclusive. He then told me the 5960/1A maybe a short run of 1 or 2 years n being SS hence should be a good investment...His question really confusing for me as I never heard anything about 5960ss discontinue anytime soon.. I m waiting for the 5235g myself too. I only know I like the watch very much cos it is very special n I love that dial! Now back to the question, I wonder what do you all think? Thank you in advance n looking forward to your kind feedbacks! .. Jane
