Daytona Scans...
Hello Friends. I posted these on TZ and wanted to share them here as well.I went on a sunrise hike this morning on the Columbine Trail just west of Colorado Springs. I wanted to capture my Daytona in different lighting situations.Well, here they are and I hope you enjoy them!Just before day break...The first rays of sunlightI reached the place from which I wanted to watch the sun rise. I must say, it was spectacular! Trying not to fall A couple of wrist shots...I think this is my favorite. View was amazing....A bit brighter lighting....Some more wrist shots....On the way back down...This deer wanted to check out my Daytona! BTW....she had a YMII on ....thanks for looking and enjoy the rest of your weekend!-Aaron

Luminox at 1100 feet - pics, vids of float plane flying
So, being new to the Washington Puget Sound region, my wife and I decided to spend a couple hours seeing the area yesterday. Now, we could have opted to take the car, but that's not really what we were up for given we did a 4300 mile road trip to move here in June (links to pics below). Enjoyable, but hardly the way to "pack the max into the least time".We could have opted to take the new Yamaha FJR1300, too. But worse then the car, the bike encourages you to slow down and enjoy the scenery you are in, though you do tend to find funner places to tour through. :)Instead, we took a...........That's right!A deHavilland Beaver. :)In getting ready for the day, I tried to think of which watch would be the best fit for the day. I knew immediately it was the Luminox.The day dawned cloudy and damp. With rain in the forecast, we were initially concerned that our flight might be canceled later in the day. That worry turned out to be moot. As the pics show, we had very good weather.Took off

How ¡°rare¡± is a Rolex?
I¡¯m currently sitting here in a brewery in Denver, Colorado and I¡¯m the only one here with a Rolex on; I looked around, ha.I tend to look at the wrist of just about anyone I pass by or sit next to while I¡¯m out and about and I¡¯m starting to feel like it¡¯s not all that common to run into someone with a Rolex, or otherwise.I¡¯m sure the ¡°concentration¡± of Rolex and/or other luxury goods is mostly centralized in a handful of locations and, therefore, more noticeable. But it¡¯s still surprising to see so many naked wrists, so frequently.With the amount of watches that Rolex produces each year, it¡¯s a little surprising.
