- great value and good looks. This watch looks a lot more expensive than it is . I would urge anyone needing a new watch to consider this great Seiko.

- I love this watch so much I also bought the ruby version. It's very dainty - and seems like it would be a bit fragile. I love wearing it.

I finally got a chance to see the deep sea in person yesterday at the casino and man was it huge and thick. I was wearing my Invicta russian diver it was'nt in the display case so I had asked if it was as big as my russian diver it was'nt but it was thick. I had menchend the deep sea and it was the woman working there who was the one who had said they had it. But there was some good news bad news, The good news was I finally got to see it but the bad news it was on hold for some one else sighI told her if I were ever to hit the big one I would come back and offer the buyer double what he paid lol. I just hope who ever it was that bought it enjoys it even though I will never be able to afford one I must say thats a real man's watch.:D

I really think there is some connection between the 'type' of watch a guy wears and the sort of job or personality he might have. Of course, no generalization can always be true, but I think that some watches 'say something' of the wearer. Here is a brief list. You might be able to think of some others. These are a little negative and funny. Don't get too offended. I have to think about this as I am approaching a new purchase.Ball Hydrocarbon - I don't know a watch that says 'engineer' more than this one.Ball Railroad type - A guy who has a vintage car or maybe a model railroad track in his basement. Maybe has a toothpick in his pocket.Rolex - Hey look at me guy. Could be car salesman, real estate, junior achiever who wants to 'send a message,' a guy who wants to play on a boat and wear a sweater around the neck. I often think it is like a guy who owns a Mercedes and lives in an apartment.Hublot/Panerai - big watch guy. Hey, I'm a gangster or maybe a hit man or soccer player.
Hello everybody, This will be my first luxury watch purchase. I own a couple Citizens, Fossils, Bulovas but nothing exceeding the $1k territory. Anyhow, I began with looking at an Omega Speedy Pro, went to a boutique tried it on and just really wasn't grabbed by the watch. It also seemed a bit heavy. Ultimately I really wasn't all that comfortable in that price range to begin with. I find a lot of the Breitlings attractive, but I am not turned on by the majority of the physical sizes they offer. I finally came across the Avenger II GMT, with specs of 43mm round by a little over 12mm thick. I was still skeptical of a 43mm but I went to my local AD to try it on and found myself pleasantly surprised with its fit and comfort. I would like to mention it also seems light on the wrist. I was offered a great price ($3,600 OTD) but now I am just absolutely killing myself over which color to pull the trigger on: black vs the off-white. I am leaning towards the white. I have attached a
