Panerai PAM 233 wrist watches news:
Trapezium is a word that sounds both geometric and acrobatic. Does that mean it is both difficult to compute and perform? Yes. Those adjectives more than likely define this new watch by Cabestan well. The new Trapezium is an evolved version of their famous Winch Tourbillon Vertical watch and is the brainchild of Cabestan's own (and very talented) Eric Coudray.Among other things Coudray is the guy behind the Jaeger-LeCoultre Gyrotourbillon. He thrives in producing highly complex, highly accurate tiny machines that few other people can make. Using the same principles as the Winch Tourbillon Vertical, the Trapezium offers a drum and fusee & chain system (with tourbillon) for telling the time and making the watch operate. Compared to the original, I believe that the overall system actually works better here, and the name of the Trapezium comes form the case itself. What is that all about? In Cabestan's own words:"In Euclidian geometry, a quadrilateral with one pair of parallel sides is

I know most of you guys will think I'm nuts. Many probably do already. But I just don't love my Rolex watches anymore. I've come back to the brand a few times. And I like a few of the new releases, but for now I'm cutting back to one. Nothing has ever really been safe in my collection, but the BLNR was supposed to be a keeper for a few reasons. Yet, I dont, and won't wear it. I've tried. I just always take it right off. The little lady agreed and flipping for a brandy new Omega that is on its way. The pics of the new 300 blew me away. I didn't love it in person. But each time I saw it in the steel, I liked it more and more. It grew on me quite a bit. And then the blue titanium was tried on. Love the comfort and styling. Pics to come when it arrives. Motto if this story, no watch is safe in my collection.
1. That Patek is committed to keeping the Nautilus as a 40mm watch. With the last three new releases of the Aquanaut being at 40.8mm (5164), and then twice at 42.2mm (5168 and 5968) it is clear (at least to me) that ALL future Aquanauts are going to be larger than 40mm. The fact that they kept the 5740 at 40mm likewise makes it clear to me that the Nautilus will forever be a 40mm watch.2. That the 5712 has a water rating of 60m instead of 120m because of the 240 movement, not the pushers. Many people have said that the 5712 had a lower water rating than the other Nautilus watches because of the pushers to correct the moonphase and date. However, I always thought it had something to do with the 240 movement because the 5712 was the only Nautilus with that movement whereas the 5726 had pushers and still retained a 120m water rating. Even with advances over the past 12 years since the 5712 was introduced, the 5740 still came out with a 60m water rating. The 5740 and the 5712 are the only tw
