Piaget Ref. 7661 C 701 wrist watches news:
You guys ever find it funny how you have a certain watch that might not be worth a lot but it gets the most compliments? For me, it's a chunky Nixon watch. I usually wear it more in the summertime as a beater, but everywhere I go people say, "I love your watch, great watch!" ¡ª it gets many more compliments than my nicer watches.Do you guys have any inexpensive watches that garner a surprising amount of compliments? What are some of them?
Hi guys, I am new to this brand. Have owened Rolex and Panerai in the past. Looking for a less expensive watch to wear about casual and also out to dinner and such. I like these two models but am open to sugestions. Any help much appreciated. Also, and thoughts on black face dial or white face dial? Thanks,ScottJazmasterx wind
Today I bought this unusual piece of eBay . The case is completely unsigned as is the dial . The signature is only on the rotor of the movement. To me it would seem unusual to stamp just the movement thus not rendering it a replica. Also the movement is identical to that of a friends rado companion. Could someone shed some light on an unusual piece .image.jpgimage.jpgWeird eh ...
We were joking around about "watch problems" on another thread but I think that it deserves it's own !This should be fun !You know it has become a problem when.........................You have set Watch Talk Forums as your "homepage".Your spent more on a watch than on your fianc¨¦'s engagement ring. You are the first person to start the daily "what's on your wrist today" thread at 10:50pm the night before. You have more than one of the exact same watch. You check your ebay "saved searches" before you go to the bathroom in the morning.Your watches have their own room in the house. You just want to stay at home and play with your watches instead of going out with friends. Now let's hear some other good ones!
So after a month of plotting and planning and trying to decide which watch should be my collection starter, I ended up breaking down and nabbing an impulse buy from a deal-a-day site. Well, it's not TOTALLY an impulse buy because I've had my eye on it for a while, but in 3-7 business days I will be the proud owner of this Citizen Eco-Drive Calibre 3100 w/ Perpetual Calendar:(Pic from Web. I'll be sure to post wrist shots as soon as I get it.)Perhaps not the most WIS-approved watch but I'm not ashamed of my love for a nice Eco-Drive. Plus with the deal I got it won't keep me from picking up the Orient and the Tissot Le Locle that I had planned on.
