Piaget 17141 wrist watches news:
Cartier, an essential name in the luxury watch world, announced a series of 2013 novelties at SIHH this year. Among the fray is the interesting and notable Tortue XXL Multiple Time Zones watch. Available in either pink or white gold, the Tortue XXL world timer offers what at first may seem like a fairly conventional GMT complication until you view the watch from its side. Along its left flank, Cartier has fitted a small window which allows the user to view a selectable range of cities and define their desired local timezone.A pusher located at two o'clock is used to cycle through the available timezones (based on the standard city) and the watch will even offer the distinction between summer and winter time by displaying a tiered layout that references the seasonal setting of both north and south hemispheres. Ariel saw the Tortue XXL in person and confirmed that the city select feature could be managed without removing the watch from your wrist. Home time is displayed on the lower sub

Im after a high quality NATO (bond 20 mm) strap to put onto my Rolex Sub, are there any out there that are better than the others?
Hey guys, I hope that this is the right forum to post this in.I was wondering if there was anyone here who would be willing to give some advice on switching out a crappy quartz movement on a watch with a decent automatic. This is kinda a DIY type of project and any help would be appreciated. I should know soon if the project is "physically" possible (i.e. everything will fit), its the actual placing that I am worried about.I know some of you guys like to tinker with your watches a bit, so I hope my questions can be answered. Those questions include:How to remove the hands? How to attach the hands?*insert others as I explore this more*thanks for the help guys!
A friend is offering to sell me an art deco style skeletonized pocket watch which looks identical to this watch save for the markings on the dial Art Deco Chrome Bucherer Enamel Skeleton Pocket Watch from antiqueworldusa on Ruby LaneRather than Bucherer the watch is made by "New Factory Tavannes" and is a 38C Swiss movement. I have never saw another in this style until I did the Google search and found the Bucherer. Any ideas on the time frame these watches were produced and their rarity? It has just been professionally cleaned and looks great. Thanks.
